Cleveland Development Advisors (CDA)- CDA manages private sector investment capital to advance economic and community development in the City of Cleveland. CDA supplies gap financing for targeted catalytic projects. Programs include the Cleveland Development Partnership, Cleveland Civic Vision Housing Fund, and Cleveland New Markets Investment Fund. CDA is an affiliate of the Greater Cleveland Partnership.

Growth Capital Corporation- Growth Capital Corp. is affiliated with the Greater Cleveland Partnership as the business finance department and is a free service that exists to help local companies get financing for capital expenditures by reviewing and processing government assisted load requests. Programs include Ohio 166 Regional Loan Program and SBA 504 Loan Program.
Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC)- LISC is a national organization created by the Ford Foundation to provide financing and technical assistance to CDCs. LISC provides operating support, equity, higher risk loans and predevelopment funds for inner-city real estate projects that are sponsored by neighborhood-based CDCs.
Neighborhood Progress Incorporated- NPI is a nonprofit organization that works to build Cleveland neighborhoods through the use of innovative programs and services. NPI works to develop partnerships with community development corporations, the City of Cleveland, the philanthropic and corporate community, private developers and financial institutions.
Village Capital Corporation- A financial intermediary that provides subordinated debt, equity participation, liked deposits and grant funding for real estate transactions undertaken by community organizations. Village Capital Corporation (VCC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NPI and was established in to assist with real estate development projects sponsored by community development corporations (CDCs). VCC fills the gap between public dollars and private bank investment that can hold up projects.
Shorebank Cleveland- Shorebank's traditional banking products combined with residential real estate financing services, small business consulting and financing, customized entrepreneurial services, workforce development and employment services, and neighborhood Enterprise Centers. Programs include Shorebridge Capital and ShoreGrowth Fund.
